1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing or using SafeSpin Canada's community draw services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Service Terms ("Terms"). If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SafeSpin Canada, operating under SafeSpin Canada Gaming License #186503.

2. Participation Eligibility

To participate in the Platform, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 19 years of age (the legal age of majority in British Columbia)
  • Be a current resident of British Columbia, Canada
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be excluded from participation due to self-exclusion or regulatory orders
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may ask for documentation.

3. Account Creation and Security

Registration Process

Participation in the draws requires account creation, including the following information:

  • Full legal name
  • Valid email address
  • Contact phone number
  • Date of birth
  • BC residency verification

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches

Account sharing is prohibited. Only one account per person is allowed.

4. Draw Participation Framework

Entry Acquisition

SafeSpin Canada holds weekly draws every Friday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Participation involves:

  • Choosing an entry package (e.g., Foundation, Supporter, or Advocate)
  • Completing secure payment
  • Receiving email confirmation of your entry details

Participation Guidelines

  • All entries have equal selection probability
  • Entries are valid only for the specific draw they were purchased for
  • Entries are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable (unless required by law)
  • Limitations on entries per person may apply

Selection Procedures

Draws use certified random selection technology, verified by provincial gaming authorities. The results are final.

5. Prizes and Awards

Award Structure

Prize amounts and categories are announced before each draw and are subject to change. All prizes are awarded in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Winner Communication

Selected participants will be notified by:

  • Email to the registered address
  • Phone to the registered phone number

Winners must respond within 30 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited.

Claim Requirements

To claim a prize, winners must provide:

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of BC residency
  • Required tax documentation
  • Signed prize claim form and liability release

Tax Responsibilities

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prize. Tax documentation will be provided in compliance with Canadian tax law.

6. Financial Terms

All transactions must be conducted in Canadian Dollars using approved payment methods, including:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Additional methods listed on the Platform

Refund Framework

All entry purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued when:

  • Required by law
  • A draw is cancelled before completion
  • Proven technical issues occur

7. Community Funding Distribution

A portion of entry revenue supports initiatives in British Columbia, including:

  • Affordable housing programs
  • Education and youth development
  • Healthcare improvements
  • Environmental conservation

Specific allocation percentages are disclosed on our Platform, in accordance with our gaming license requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the Platform for illegal activities
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Attempting to manipulate or interfere with draw operations
  • Using automated systems or bots to purchase entries
  • Reselling or transferring entries to others
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Violating applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of entries and prizes, and potential legal action.

9. Responsible Participation

SafeSpin Canada encourages responsible participation. We recommend you:

  • Set personal spending limits
  • Participate only within your means
  • Seek help if you experience difficulties with participation

Self-Exclusion

You may request to self-exclude from SafeSpin Canada at any time by contacting support@safespincanada.cx. Self-exclusion prevents account access and draw participation for a set period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by SafeSpin Canada or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Copying, modifying, or distributing our content without permission
  • Unauthorized use of our trademarks
  • Creating derivative works based on the Platform

11. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

Platform Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeSpin Canada and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or revenue
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Actions of third-party service providers

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for entries in the relevant draw.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeSpin Canada, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Your misuse of the Platform
  • Any fraudulent or illegal activities

13. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Revised" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your account is used for fraudulent purposes
  • You no longer meet eligibility requirements
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation
  • Mediation, if negotiation fails
  • Binding arbitration in British Columbia (excluding class actions)

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in British Columbia for any matters not resolved through arbitration.

16. Regulatory Compliance

SafeSpin Canada operates under:

  • SafeSpin Canada Gaming License #186503
  • Active from Dec 17, 2025 – Jul 3, 2026
  • Subject to provincial gaming oversight

All operations comply with gaming regulations, consumer protection laws, and community gaming requirements in British Columbia.
